Pineapple Ginger Green Smoothie

1/4 fresh peeled pineapple with core 2 handfulls greens (spinach, kale, sprouts, romaine) 2 frozen bananas 1″ ginger root 1T raw local honey 1t bee pollen Blend together in a high powered blender and enjoy!  Very fresh taste and bright, beautiful color.

Chaca Maca Coco Love

(oh baby oh baby oh) 2T Cacao powder 1T Maca powder 1 young thai coconut, meat & water 1 frozen banana 2T hemp seeds 4 pitted dates 1C ice 1T cinnamon Blend in high powered blender until smooth and irresistable. Share if you dare.
