</span></li>

</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Slightly cool room<br />

<p><span style="color: #000000;">The first two ingredients are very important, but should be incorporated early rather than later.  Add in the last four ingredients and let it all rest for atleast 7 hours. </span></p>

<li><span style="color: #000000;">The most complex and nutritious meal for your lunch<br />
</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">A lighter meal for dinner<br />
</span></li>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">When you disregard this pattern and have the more complex meal for dinner&#8211; your body will have to use it&#8217;s resources to <em>digest</em> instead of <strong>rejuvenating, healing and cleansing</strong></span><span style="color: #000000;"> as it&#8217;s designed. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #000000;">I have found a direct correlation between raw foods and sleep needs.  The higher percentage of raw foods in my diet, the less sleep I need and the more energy I have despite less sleep! </span><br />

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Fun fact:</strong></span> Get a couple of hours of sleep before midnight and you will be much more likely to experience deeper, healing sleep! </span></span></p>
